Coucou au père François

Le mercredi au lycée, en tout début d'après-midi, il revient régulièrement sur les lieux de son crime; souvent goguenard, avec une bonne histoire à raconter, ou une vertueuse indignation à faire partager, une joie de grand-père comblé à répandre, la barbe blanche en bataille.

Even though maths teachers are not necessarily kindred spirits to me, François a) no longer teaches, so that's all right b) does, and has always done lots of interesting things besides teaching, so I'm looking forward to following his long ride to China, starting next month and reaching Beijing for the Olympics.
