Vive les pingouin(e)s

This morning I sat down at my desk meaning business: Lessons to prepare, reports to write, papers to mark, you know, the usual round of spirit-lifting tasks that keep teachers happy of a Sunday morning.
I really did mean not to check out my email.
I really did mean not to have a quick glance at Ravelry.
But sitting at your desk is like going to the kitchen for a glass of water. There are strange attractors (the biscuit tin, the fridge...) and obviously I found myself opening a sweet message from my dear friends Célia and Christelle, and clicking on a link from a Ravelry forum.


Et comme le hasard s'appelle sérendipité, ce matin je trouve des pingouin(e)s sur mon chemin:
D'abord la carte de voeux charmante et musicale de mes copines.
Et puis le site de Kristle Chester, alias the Knitting Penguin, qui propose un prime un concours pour se faire connaître.
Je passerais bien la journée sur leur petit bout de banquise, mais d'autres tâches, hélas, m'appellent.
