Non, ceci n'est pas une culotte pour sumo (comme gentiment suggéré par mon fils), ni une cagoule pour alien géant se préparant à attaquer une banque chez les schtroumphs. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle tentative de Coachella, l'irrésistible top que j'avais déjà tricoté il y a deux ans, avec un résultat assez médiocre.
Encouraged by the lovely versions made by Emma and Cristiana, I decided to give it another try, using a phildar bamboo yarn that's a little splitty, but drapes beautifully. It remains to be seen how it will behave after a wash.

And in the same tropical blue colourway, here is the new bookcase to go in the hall: a simple pine thing we picked up from a thrift shop for 6 euros, covered with Decopatch paper.
